Sr WONG Lai-ping, Rosaline is currently the Deputy Director (Estate Management) of the Housing Department in the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.  Sr WONG has over 30 years of experience in the field of land administration, property management and property valuation.  Sr WONG holds a Master Degree in Housing Management from the University of Hong Kong and has professional qualifications in general practice surveying and property and facility management.
