NOMINATION FEE
提名費用
  • HKD2,800will be collected for each nomination

    每個提名需提交提名費用港幣2,800元正。

  • The nomination fee is non-refundable upon submission.
    提名費用一經收取將不獲退款。

  • Submitted nomination fee of any ineligible submission will not be refunded.
    任何不符合參賽要求的提名，相關費用將不獲發還。
REQUIRED NOMINATION DOCUMENTS / MATERIALS

一、提名表格
  1. Duly completed and signed Nomination Form and Declaration of Consent in hard copy with company stamp and signature (Submitted Nomination Form can be downloaded upon completion of online submission)

    填妥提名表格後，申請人必須列印表格副本連同同意聲明，並由公司蓋章及簽名作實。（提交表格後可於網上下載副本）

  2. Payment cheque payable to “Surveyors Services Limited”

    提名費用必須以劃線支票抬頭:「Surveyors Services Limited」遞交。


2. Nomination Document
二、提名文件

1 Hard Copy (no binding) and 1 digital copy (i.e. USB)
一份列印副本（無需訂裝）以及一份電子副本（即USB）


Nomination document format:
提名文件格式：
A maximum of 20 pages (A4 single-sided) of content materials including appendix and any cover pages)

Writing format: Headline – Arial 12pt Bold
  Body text – Arial 10pt


每項提名可遞交最多20頁 （A4單面）內容，附件、封面及底頁亦計算在內。

書寫格式： 標題 – 新細明體 12pt 粗體
  內容文字 – 新細明體 10pt

 

Digital copy (i.e. USB) MUST contain:
電子副本（即USB）必須包括：

  1. Soft copy of nomination form
    提名表格副本
  2. Soft copy of nomination document in PDF format
    提名文件（PDF格式）
  3. A minimum submission of 6 photos evidence. (Format: “.jpg”, image should be no less than 350 dpi)
    最少遞交六張相片以供核實（格式：「.jpg」，解像度不應少於350 dpi）
  4. Additional supporting documents and images (Format: ".jpg", image should be no less than 350 dpi)
    其他證明文件及相片原始檔（格式：「.jpg 」,解像度 不應少於350pdi）

備註：
  • All submissions should be written in English or Chinese.

    所有提名表格須以中文或英文填寫。

  • QPFMA 2018 Organising Committee reserves the right to reproduce, print, publish the submitted material, in either paper or electronic format, or for any use in association with QPFMA 2018.

    優質物業設施管理大獎2018籌備委員會保留已遞交的電子資料副本或其他用作參賽用途的資料複製、印刷或出版權利。

  • The information obtained will be used for this Award only.

    所有資料只用作參賽用途。


3. Materials to be collected once your project enters the finalist round:
三、決賽入圍項目所需文件 / 資料

  1. REQUIRED MATERIALS FROM FINALISTS
    決賽入圍者所需資料
    A 20-second video will be collected from the nominees who entered the finalist round. The video introduces the project, and it will be played at the Award Presentation Ceremony cum Dinner. Submission deadline will be early December 2018.

    入圍者需在2018年12月初提交一段約長20秒的影片以說明參賽項目，並將於頒獎典禮暨晚宴當晚播放。

  2. PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS FOR FINALISTS
    決賽入圍項目概要
    All finalists have the option to present a personalised advertisement in the official Award Presentation Ceremony cum Dinner programme booklet – as part of the commemorative “Project Highlights” section – at a cost of HK$2,000. This represents a valuable opportunity to share your project’s achievements with a wide and influential cast of professionals and specialists.

    所有決賽入圍者均可於優質物業設施管理大獎暨晚宴當晚派發的獎項簡冊中「項目概要」頁展示及分享入圍項目，費用為港幣2,000元正。

Eligibility
提名資格

  1. Nominated buildings and facilities (except for the International Innovative Strategic Management Category) must be within the territorial limits of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
    提名參賽項目須為香港特別行政區境內的物業及設施（創新管理應用國際項目除外）。
  2. Nominated buildings / facilities must provide evidence of the availability of all necessary insurance policies, statutory licenses and/or certificates as required by respective government departments.
    提名人須證明參賽物業或設施持有相關政府部門所要求的保險、法定牌照及/或證書。
  3. Project teams can choose to submit their nominations for any of the categories subject to the final approval by QPFMA 2018 Organising Committee.
    參賽隊伍可選擇任何一個獎項類別提交提名，優質物業設施管理大獎2018籌備委員會將保留所有參賽資格的最終決定權。
  4. Previous Grand Award winners are not allowed to re-enter the same category.
    歷屆大獎得獎者不可參與優質物業設施管理大獎2018同一類別的提名。
  5. Site Visits scheduled by the Organising Committee are required for all shortlisted buildings upon completion of the first screening process. After Site Visits, chosen Finalists are required to conduct a Final Presentation to the QPFMA 2018 Judging Panel. Project teams that are unable to complete both of the arrangements listed above will be automatically disqualified.
    初步篩選後，所有入圍項目必須參與由籌備委員會安排的實地考察。通過實地考察進入決賽的入圍隊伍須向優質物業設施管理大獎2018評審團作最後匯報，否則將被取消競逐資格。
  6. During the Site Visit, a nominated property will receive no points should its team fail to show proof of the level of service(s) described in the nomination form, or fail to demonstrate facility capabilities as described in the nomination form.
    在實地考察期間，如參賽隊伍未能證明其提名表格中提及的服務水平或設施功能，該參賽隊伍將不獲得任何分數。
  7. QPFMA 2018 Organising Committee & the Judging Panel reserve the ultimate right to make final and binding decisions on the eligibility of all applications.
    優質物業設施管理大獎2018籌備委員會及評審團保留所有參賽資格的最終決定權。
  8. QPFMA 2018 Organising Committee & Judging Panel reserve the right to not bestow an award if the Judging Panel deems that no nomination has earned an award.
    如參賽項目沒有符合獲獎資格，優質物業設施管理大獎2018籌備委員會及評審團將保留不頒發獎項的權利。
  9. The decision of the Judging Panel shall be final for the award assignments.
    評審團的決定將為最終決定。
