- Nominations will be screened in accordance with the judging criteria and be shortlisted to the next stage.

| Stage II – Site Visits |
20 & 21 October 2018
- Site Visits will be conducted for shortlisted nominations from each category (except for non-Hong Kong nominations)
- Finalists will be selected to enter into Stage III
* Project teams that are unable to arrange Site Visit will be disqualified automatically. |
| Stage III – Finalists Presentation to Judging Panel cum Conference |
10 November 2018
- The finalists from each award category will conduct finalist presentations to the Judging Panel
* Finalists that are unable to present their project to judging panel will be disqualified automatically. |
| QPFMA 2018 Award Presentation Ceremony cum Dinner |
8 January 2019
- Award winners will be officially announced at the Award Presentation Ceremony cum dinner.
