JUDGING CRITERIA
Category 3 – International Innovative Strategic Management

This new award category recognizes new or smart tool(s) demonstrating the introduction of new or leading-edge technology that contribute to the provision of quality property management service.

Remarks:

• Indexed document submission must be in correct sequence based on the pre-set order of the Judging Criteria. Otherwise, points will be deducted.
• Items with an asterisk (*) require submission of photo evidence.
• Supporting documents are not limited to the Judging Criteria.

1. Creativity and Innovation

• Demonstrate aspirational solution(s) that is/are distinctive or fundamentally different from existing approaches, with the greatest likely last effect
• Exemplify innovation in technologies that support one or more of the following areas:
• Property facilities
• Schemes or applications
• Software
• Data Management
• Electronic communication
• Information / operation / logistic systems
• Solution(s) should exhibit:
• The methodology applied
• Issue(s) it seeks to address
• Feasibility
• Possible Significance

2. Usability and practicability

• Demonstrate how the solution will effectively accommodate different users
• Specifically showcase the ability to:
• Enhance the productivity and effectiveness of services / facility applications
• Improve the efficiency / productivity / performance of the nominated property
• Positively improve user experience (i.e. is the tool user-friendly?)

3. Cost of implementation

• Demonstrate how the solution(s) helps facilitating cost effective allocations of resources

4. Green management (optional)

• Showcase how the use of innovative technology help achieving environmental sustainability (i.e. the ability to continually generate positive outcomes whilst still achieving sustainable development goals)
