Dr. T.M. Kwong is the Head of the College of Humanities and Law of the School of Professional and Continuing Education, the University of Hong Kong.  He is in charge of the operations of the seven subject groups within the College including Architectural Studies, Art, Design and Culture, Social Sciences, Law, Housing, Transport and Built Environment, and two Languages areas.

Dr. T.M. Kwong is a renowned academic in the field of property and facility management.  He has been the subject group leader of related fields since 1995 and is currently responsible for the training of more than 1,500 practitioners for different levels of property and facility management programmes.  Dr. Kwong is active in the real estate and property management industries.  He was contracted by the Education Manpower Bureau of the Hong Kong Government as the Professional Writer of the Industrial Technical Specialization on Property Management.  Since the establishment of the Housing Managers Registration Board, he is the external examiner for the Board.  Dr. Kwong is also member of a number of committees and takes on an advisory role in property and facility management training and standards setting for the industries. Recognizing his contribution to the industry, Dr. Kwong is elected the Honorary Fellow of a number of professional bodies including the Hong Kong Institute of Housing, the Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administration and the Institute of Shopping Center Management.
