Sr. Wong is the Director of Kays International Property Consultants Company Limited. He holds a B. Soc. Sci. (Hons) Degree in economics and management and a M. Sc. Degree in Construction Project Management from the University of Hong Kong. Currently, he is the Vice Chairman of the Property and Facility Management Division and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Education, Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. He is also a Past Board Member of Surveyors Registration Board.

Moreover, he is the Past Honarary Secretary of The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies, Past President of the Australian Institute of Building (Hong Kong Chapter), and Past Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators. By profession, he is also a Fellow Member of Australian Institute of Building, Chartered Builder and a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. As a Hong Kong Registered Professional Surveyor (G.P.) and a Registered Professional Housing Managers, he has been deeply involved in the property and facility management services for 30 years in Hong Kong, Macau and China. Moreover, he is an Expert Witness testifying in the Hong Kong courts and Lands Tribunal.

Prior to joining the Kays International Property Consultants Co. Ltd., Sr. Wong was the Director of Colliers Jardine Property Management Services, the General Manager of New World Centre and Senior Manager of MTRC managing diversified types of properties. Recently, he was the Consultant to the new campus development of the University of Macau at Hengqin.
