| Sr Tse Wai Chuen Tony is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. He is currently the Legislative Council member representing Architectural, Surveying and Planning, member of the Standing Commission on Civil Service Salaries, Conditions of Service, Chairman of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council Infrastructure Development Committee, Vice-Chairman of Independent Police Complaints Council and member of the Court of Lingnan University. Sr Tse received the Honour of Bronze Bauhinia Star in 2014. After graduation from the Hong Kong Polytechnic (now Hong Kong Polytechnic University), Mr Tse joined the Hong Kong Civil Services and worked in different offices of Crown Lands & Survey Office (now is Lands Department) for 12 years. He was Senior Estate Surveyor when leaving the public sector. Thereafter, Sr Tse had been working in the private sector and holding senior position in various companies and organisations including Hongkong Land Property Company Limited, Chesterton Petty Ltd., Emperor International Holdings Limited, Urban Renewal Authority, Henderson Land Development Company Limited and Henderson Sunlight Asset Management Limited. Sr Tse is now a director of Brand Star Limited, a property development and asset management consultancy firm. Sr Tse has over 38 years' experience in real estate business. Apart from the daily business, Sr Tse is keen in community services. He has served as a member of the Hong Kong Town Planning Board, member of the Land and Building Advisory Committee, member of Municipal Services Appeals Board, member of the Disciplinary Board Panel (Land Survey Ordinance), Chairman of the Real Estate Services Training Board of the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council, member of Disciplinary Panel of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The President of Hong Kong Professional and Senior Executives Association from 2012-2014 . Sr Tse was the Chairman of the Surveyors Registration Board from 2002-2003 and the President of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors from 2003-2004.

| Dr. Johnnie Chan is the incumbent President of The Hong Kong Institute of Housing, Immediate Past Chairman of Housing Managers Registration Board and Past President of The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies.
Dr. Chan has been appointed and involved in a number of public and voluntary services. He is a Member of Hong Kong Housing Authority Building Committee; Chairman of CLP Customer Consultative Group; Chairman of Education & Training Committee of The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies; Adjunct Professor and Internal Examiner of The University of Hong Kong, Faculty of Architecture, Department of Urban Planning and Design; Deputy External Academic Advisor (MA in Housing Studies), Department of Public Policy of City University of Hong Kong; Member of Vocational Training Council, Security Services Training Board; Deputy Commissioner (Operations) of Auxiliary Medical Service. Dr. Chan is a veteran professional in the real estate sector with over 40 years of services in the private sector including Hongkong Land Group, Hutchison Whampoa Property Group and Savills Group. |

| Dr Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group since February 2002. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Hons) in Estate Management from the University of Reading, UK, a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Hull, UK, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Business and Management from the University of South Australia, Australia. He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing, the Chartered Institute of Housing, the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators, the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management and the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. He is also a Registered Professional Housing Manager, a Registered Professional Surveyor (General Practice) (Property and Facility Management) and a Licensed Estate Agent.
Dr Cheng has over 30 years substantial experiences in real estate, property asset management and facility services and currently is the President of the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management. Dr Cheng was the Chairman of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, Property and Facility Management Division (2013-2015), President of the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies (2009-2011). He has been the Chairman of the Housing Managers Registration Board (2006-2008); President of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing (2000-2002). |

Rebecca LH Chiu is Head and Professor of the Department of Urban Planning and Design, and the Director of the Centre of Urban Studies and Urban Planning, and the Affordable Housing Research Network of the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Hong Kong. She has also been the Program Director of the Master Degree program in Housing Management since 1992, and has specialised in housing and urban studies since early 1990’s. She is the Founder Chairman of the Asia Pacific Network for Housing Research. She has been appointed to government committees, boards and appeal panels related to housing, planning, urban renewal, natural and heritage conservation in Hong Kong. Currently she is a member of the Country and Marine Advisory Board, the Antiquities Advisory Board, and the Appeal Panel of Town Planning. She has been consultant to international, regional and local organisations on housing matters, and has conducted contract research on housing/property management industry. |

| Sr Dick Kwok enquired over 20 years working experience in Asset Management practicing in Hong Kong market by serving as Senior Director in Savills Property Management Limited, one of the leading facility and property management companies managing mixed property portfolios of around 140 million square feet in Hong Kong and Macau. He brings senior management skills and experience in solving property and facility management obstacles in real estate industry and also brings experience in matters on corporate governance. He has been actively involved in Green Building Initiative campaign. He is the Nominated Director of BEAM Society Limited since 2013 and the Director in Professional Green Building Council for 2015 – 2017. Sr Dick Kwok has been the Vice Chairman of the Organising Committee of QPFMA in 2012 and the Chairman of Property and Facility Division of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors for 2011 – 2013. | Prof Lu joined City University of Hong Kong in 1996 as a Research Fellow, was promoted to Assistant Professor in October 1998, Associate Professor in February 2004, and obtained tenure position in 2005. She obtained BSc and MSc from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 1982 and 1985, and PhD from De Montfort University in 1995 respectively. She was appointed as Assistant Lecturer and Lecturer in Xi'an Jiaotong University from 1985-1990. From 1990 to 1993, she worked as a Research Scientist in National Engineering Laboratory, UK. In 1993, she worked as a Research Officer in De Montfort University, UK, obtained Ph.D. degree in October 1995, and took the Lecturer post in Hong Kong Polytechnic University before joined City University of Hong Kong.
Prof Lu is actively involved in teaching, research, and administration duties. She currently teaches Building Services Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Thermal Fluids, Statistics and decision making in building engineering discipline. Her main research interests include: indoor air quality, air pollution and assessment, built environmental assessment, HVAC system, wind effect on high-rise buildings, application of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and soft computing in various engineering disciplines. Since 1999, she has successfully attracted more than twenty research grants totally over HK$4.7 million including five RGC research grants, twelve CityU research grants, and other four joint grants (as Co-Investigator). These projects cover wide range of research in building engineering, environmental science and engineering, etc. She has authored/co-authored over 200 papers including 101 referred journal papers with SCI index and 100 referred conference papers in EI index. She is also actively involved in professional activities as well. She is Past-President of Hong Kong Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (2010-12), Executive Member of Business Environmental Council, Hong Kong, Member of editorial board, Journal of Hydrodynamics, PRC, ISSN 1000-4874, etc. She is Guest Professor of Sichuan University and Shenyang Architectural & Civil Engineering University. She was listed in 'Who’s Who in Computational Science and Engineering' (http://www.wwcse.com/cgi-bin/whosin.cgi?n=l) since 2003 and ' Marquis Who’s Who in Science and Engineering' since 2005. She also serves as member of advisory committee of several international conferences, member of editorial board and reviewer for several prestigious international journals. | Mr Steve HC Luk is a professional building surveyor and a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. After joining the Housing Department in 1989, Mr Luk has held a number of key positions in the Department in different areas of works, including management of public rental housing and building control and enforcement. | Mr Paul Ng is a Fellow member of Chartered Institute of Housing and Hong Kong Institute of Housing. He has more than thirty years’ extensive experience in providing management services to properties ranging from office building, residential estates and industrial building in both Hong Kong and mainland China. For years, Mr Ng has been striving to nourish property management practitioners for the industry. He has been lecturing for the property management courses in Hong Kong University School of Professional and Continuing Education and City University School of Continuing and Professional Education. He is also a consultant for the Property Management courses run by the Employee Retraining Board.
Mr Ng has been active in the property management industry. He joined the Executive Committee of Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch in 2008 and was responsible to set up professional standard for property management courses validated by the Institute. Mr Ng was elected Chairman of the Asian Pacific Branch in 2015. Mr Ng has been appointed by Poly University as External Examiner for their Bachelor of Arts degree course in Housing Management since 2014. He was also appointed by the Education Bureau as member of the Property Management Industry Training Advisory Committee for Qualifications Framework in 2015. |

| Cliff Wong Kai Sang joined China Overseas Property Services Limited in 2005 as the Director and General Manager, overseeing the operation of the company and its subsidiaries. With the recent business re-organisation of the China Overseas Holdings, he is appointed the Senior Vice President of China Overseas Property Holdings Limited, a newly listed property service group in Hong Kong since October 2015.
Mr WONG has over 30 years extensive experience in Property and Asset Management He has been the President of Hong Kong Institute of Housing (2005-2007) and the Chairman of Chartered Institute of Housing, Asian Pacific Branch (2009-2011). He has joined the Council of Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies since 2005 and is elected the Vice President of the Association since 2013. |
