The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies Limited (HKAPMC) and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors are co-hosting the Quality Property & Facility Management Award (QPFMA), which recognises outstanding performance within the quality property and facility management sector in the past two years, and to encourage the collaboration between professional management companies in order to improve and enhance the service level. With the support from various industries, we have received more than 400 nominations over the past three QPFMA. And we hope QPFMA 2016 will soar to a new height. This year’s award ceremony, which is themed “Quality Services, Ideal Lives”, is a major event in the industry with great significance in the property and facility management industry. Rewarding outstanding property and facility management can encourage interaction and knowledge sharing within the industry, thereby refining the standards and service quality of the industry. Having witnessed the progress and improvement of the participating organisations, QPFMA is committed to promoting and enhancing quality services, with the objective to increase the awareness and understanding of the property and facility management industry, and in doing so, aspire to provide the best services for Hong Kong’s citizens. We are delighted to see that the property and facility management industry is aware of the importance of quality services and sustainability in the market. Through their joint efforts and continued advancement, new service areas will open up in the future and create a more desirable environment for home and workplace.
