2. Submission Method:
   Nomination documents & materials need to be delivered to

3. Nomination Fee:
   Part A: Nomination Form
   • HKD2,800 will be collected for each nominated project (one nomination in one category only).
   • The nomination fee is non-refundable upon submission.
   • Submitted nomination fee of any ineligible submission will not be refunded.
     
     
4. Required Nomination Documents / Materials:
   Part A: Nomination Form
   
   • Duly completed and signed Nomination Form and Declaration of Consent in hard copy with company stamp and signature
     (Submitted Nomination Form can be downloaded upon completion of online submission)
   • Payment cheque payable to “The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies Ltd” (HKD2,800 per nomination)
     
     
   Part B: Nomination Document
   • 1 Hard Copy (no binding) and 2 digital copies (i.e. USB and email)
   • Nomination document format:
     • A maximum of 20 pages of content materials (A4 Single-sided) for each nomination.
     • Writing format:
       Headline – Arial 12pt Bold
       Body text – Arial 10pt
   • Digital copies (i.e. USB and email) MUST contain:
     • Soft copy of nomination form
     • Soft copy of nomination document in PDF format
     • A minimum 6 submission of project photo
       (Format: “.jpg”, image should be no less than 350 dpi)
     
     Notes:
     • All submissions should be written in English or Chinese.
     • QPFMA 2022 Organising Committees reserve the right to reproduce, print, publish the submitted material, in either paper or electronic format, or for any use in association with QPFMA 2022.
     • The information obtained will be used for this Award only.
       
       
   Part C: Materials to be collected once your project enters the finalist round:
   • Required Materials from Finalists
     A 20-second video will be collected from the nominees who entered the finalist round. The video introduces the project, and it will be played at the Award Presentation Ceremony. Submission deadline will be on mid-October 2022.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Nominated buildings and facilities must be within the territorial limits of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
2. Nominated buildings / facilities must provide evidence of the availability of all necessary insurance policies, statutory licenses and/or certificates as required by respective government departments.
   
3. The nominees need to address their property and facility management achievements based on records and data in the period of 1 Sep 2018 to 30 May 2022.
4. Project teams can choose to submit their nominations for any of the categories subject to the final approval by QPFMA 2022 Organising Committee.
5. Previous Grand Award winners are not allowed to re-enter the same category.
6. Site Visits scheduled by the Organising Committee are required for all shortlisted buildings upon completion of the first screening process. After Site Visits, chosen Finalists are required to conduct a Final Presentation to the QPFMA 2022 Judging Panel. Project teams that are unable to complete both of the arrangements listed above will be automatically disqualified.
7. During the Site Visit, a nominated property will receive no points should its team fail to show proof of the level of service(s) described in the nomination form, or fail to demonstrate facility capabilities as described in the nomination form.
8. QPFMA 2022 Organising Committee & Judging Panel reserve the ultimate right to make final and binding decisions on the eligibility of all applications.
9. QPFMA 2022 Organising Committee & Judging Panel reserve the right to not bestow an award if the Judging Panel deems that no nomination has earned an award.
10. The decision of the Judging Panel shall be final for the award assignments.
