Ir Boris T T YIU is the Assistant Director of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department. He is responsible for overseeing the implementation of security, boundary crossing and transportation related Government projects, managing the provision of maintenance services of electrical and mechanical facilities for Government premises as well as overseeing the vehicle procurement and maintenance services for Government Departments. He received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Hong Kong. Ir YIU has been working in Government Bureau and Departments for over 27 years, with wide spectrum of professional and managerial roles in the areas of electrical and mechanical engineering services, project management, policy formulation as well as regulatory enforcement.
