Quality Property and Facility Management Award 2026

Jointly organised by The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies (HKAPMC) and The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors Property and Facility Management Division (HKIS-PFMD), QPFMA is a biennial award designed to recognise outstanding projects and practitioners in property and facility management and advance the industry standard of professionalism.

QPFMA 2024 received an overwhelming response, with over 196 property management projects nominated and more than 55 awards presented.

With the theme "Integrated PFM Services, Creating a Digitized Smart City", QPFMA 2026 aims to recognise and celebrate organisations and practitioners that demonstrate excellence in integrating innovative solutions and smart technologies into PFM services, contributing to a more people-centric, resilient, smart and sustainable city.
