Mr. YAU Kam-fai, Anthony

President of The Hong Kong Institute of Housing

Mr Anthony YAU Kam-fai is the Deputy Director (Property Services) at a property management subsidiary of a listed company, with extensive experience in managing large-scale residential and complex developments. His expertise spans property management strategy, operational excellence and industry innovation.

Mr Yau is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing (HKIH) and a Registered Professional Housing Manager (RPHM). He currently serves as a Member of Hong Kong Housing Authority and Chairman of its Committee Chairman of Commercial Properties Committee. He is currently the President of the HKIH, where he plays a key role in advancing professional standards, talent development and policy advocacy within the industry. He also serves as a Board Member of the Housing Managers Registration Board and a Panel Member of the Disciplinary Tribunal Panel (Electricity). He also actively contributes to public discourse on housing and property management policies, including building management, regulatory enhancement, and sustainability.

Mr Yau holds a Master of Housing Management from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, the United Kingdom.
