Mr Peter S.K. Wong is currently the Director, Building Rehabilitation Division of the Urban Renewal Authority (URA). He has over 37 years of experience in the construction and property maintenance industries. Mr Wong is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (Building Surveying Division) & (Property and Facilities Management Division) and a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Besides, Mr Wong has a LLB(Hons) degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, an MSc in Construction Project Management from the University of Hong Kong, and an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

As a Director in the URA's Building Rehabilitation Division, Mr Wong has to assist the Government in implementing a building rehabilitation strategy to prevent urban decay. Besides, Mr Wong has to manage various major rehabilitation schemes, such as Smart Tender and Operation Building Bright 2.0.
