Ir LAU Kwok Wai, Johnson, current President of The Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management (“HKIFM”), is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of hands-on experience in the infrastructure and asset management industry. Johnson has been dedicated to leading initiatives in project management, facilities engineering management, safety programmes, sustainability, and innovation excellence.

Ir Lau is a Chartered Engineer and a Certified Facility Manager. He holds membership of several professional institutions in the UK and Hong Kong, and has been President of Building Services Operation and Maintenance Executives Society. He also actively participates in various government and professional bodies, including being member of relevant working groups of the HKSAR Electrical and Mechanical Services Department and the Green Building Council, contributing his expertise to serve the community.
