Prof. Mandy Lau is Associate Professor in the Department of Urban Planning and Design, The University of Hong Kong (HKU). She received her PhD and MPhil degrees from the University of Cambridge, and BSc degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Mandy’s research interests include housing studies, domestic waste and sustainable consumption. She is currently Asia Editor of Housing Studies journal. She is also Programme Director of the Master of Urban Studies and Housing Management programme, HKU.
