Dr. T.M. Kwong, Associate Professor of the School of Professional and Continuing Education, the University of Hong Kong. He is a renowned academic in the field of property and facility management and has been teaching housing and real estate related courses since 1995.

Dr. Kwong was the Former Head of the College of Humanities and Law of the School of Professional and Continuing Education and is now the Senior Advisor of the College.

Dr. Kwong is active in the real estate and property management industries. He was contracted by the Education Manpower Bureau of the Hong Kong Government as the Professional Writer of the Industrial Technical Specialization on Property Management. Dr. Kwong is also the member of a number of committees and takes on an advisory role in property and facility management training and standard setting for the industries. Recognizing his contribution to the industry, Dr. Kwong is elected the Honorary Fellow of a number of professional bodies including the Hong Kong Institute of Housing, the Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators and the Institute of Shopping Center Management.
