Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Hong Kong Housing Society

Mr James Chan has been the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) since April 2020. Prior to his joining the HKHS in December 2018, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Po Leung Kuk, a major multi-faceted services NGO in Hong Kong, for six years. He had also served in the Administrative Service of Hong Kong Government for 20 years, working in various bureaux and departments at directorate level including Commerce and Economic Development Bureau, Home Affairs Department and the Administration Wing of the Chief Secretary for Administration's Office.
