Mr. CHAN Bak-hang, Raymond is an experienced building surveyor with nearly 30 years of expertise in the maintenance of government facilities. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of the Architectural Services Department, he leads a professional team of over 600 staff who oversee emergency repairs, refurbishment and improvement works for approximately 8,000 government buildings in the territory.

Mr. CHAN has extensive experience in property and facility maintenance project management, leading his team to the continuous enhancement of building safety and quality. He also actively promotes the integration of property and facility management services, supporting Hong Kong’s transformation into a digitized smart city.
