Sr Dick Li is a highly experienced Professional Registered Surveyor and Professional Registered Engineer, with over 33 years in property and facilities management in Hong Kong. Throughout his extensive career, he has developed diverse expertise across various facets of construction.

Currently, Sr Dick Li holds several prominent positions in the industry, including:

• The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors - PFMD Chairman

• Vice President of the Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers

• Committee Member of the Technical Committee for the Hong Kong Building Rehabilitation Facilitation Services Limited, under the Urban Renewal Authority

• CITF Committee Member

• Authorized Signatory on the BD CRC panel (RGBC)
