Mr. Kevin Chu has over 20 years of professional experience in the property and facility management industry. He currently serves as President of the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies and Deputy Managing Director of Kai Shing Management Services Limited. With extensive industry expertise and strategic insight, Mr. Chu actively promotes the professionalisation of property management and is committed to enhancing service quality and professional standards across the industry.

Kai Shing currently manages properties spanning over 100 million square feet, with operations across Hong Kong and multiple major cities in Mainland China, including Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Nanjing. The portfolio covers large-scale commercial buildings, shopping centres and high-end residential properties. Mr. Chu has accumulated substantial experience in the operation and management of diversified, cross-regional property portfolios, and actively promotes the adoption of sustainable development practices and smart property management.

In terms of industry and professional service, Mr. Chu concurrently serves as Vice President of the Hong Kong Chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), contributing to professional exchange across the industry. He is also a member of the Business Discipline Advisory Board under the Vocational Training Council (VTC) and a committee member of the HKCT Professional Education & Training Committee under the HKCT Institute of Higher Education, supporting the alignment of professional education with industry needs and the nurturing of future talent.

Mr. Chu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Accounting) from Monash University in Australia and is a Certified Public Accountant in both Hong Kong and Australia. Through his continued involvement in industry development and professional governance, he contributes to the long-term and sustainable advancement of the property management profession.
