Introduction

Jointly organized by The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies (HKAPMC) and The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS), QPFMA is an a biennale award aspires to honour  and recognize outstanding projects in the property and facility management industry. The pioneering QPFMA 2010 had captured a lot of attention in Hong Kong and received overwhelming response. At its 2nd year, QPFMA 2012 has the theme on “Championing Innovative Services through Quality Management”.

The vision of QPFMA is to stimulate greater public recognition for the industry and reward those demonstrate contemplative performances in terms of bringing comfort, safety and security to their users and occupiers, whilst compliance with legal requirements and respect for the environment.
